Michael Archie went home to Jesus on August 02, 2022 at age 75. Michael was born to Mac B. And Mary Lee Archie on October 30, 1946 in Lake, MS. As a child, he was raised in Germany prior to moving back to Lake, MS.

Michael met his wife, Jerry in 1981 in Vicksburg, MS. They married and have five children, Michele Bell (the late Bob Bell), Marc Marble (Valerie), Kimberly Fuller (Bobby), Anna Blakely (Anthony) and Sarah Archie. He has eight grand children Matthew Bell, Emily Leflore (Adam), Logan Marble, Shelby Marble, Abby Fuller, Caleb Blakely, Brendan Blakely, and Benjamin Blakely as well as  a great grand son Greyson Marble. In addition to being a loving husband and father, Michael also loved the outdoors, gardening, caring for animals, crossword puzzles and the beach. Throughout his entire life, he held an unwavering faith in God, which he shared with those who surrounded him.

Michael joins his parents Mac B and Mary Lee Archie, his brothers Arvis Gibbs and Billy Archie, his son in law Bob Bell and his great grand daughter Kylee Marble in Heaven. He is survived by his wife, children, and sister Terrie Jacobs and brother Timothy Archie. God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause His face to shine upon us. - Psalm 67:1
