Mike's obituary
Michael Allen “Mike” Webb
Michael Allen Webb, known to most as Mike and lovingly called “Poppi or Pops” by his grandchildren, passed away at his home on Sunday, March 29, 2026. He was born November 2, 1968, to Robert Webb, Jr. and Linda Webb in Jackson, Tennessee, He lived a life defined by devotion—to his faith, his family, and the people fortunate enough to know him.
On May 13, 1991, Mike married the love of his life, Noreen. They were married for 34 years. If you spent time with them, it was evident that they cherished and supported one another. Their love and dedication was inspiring.
Mike was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. He served as a medic and was stationed at Andrew’s Air Force Base during Desert Storm.
Mike spent 22 years with ProMiles Software Development. He was dedicated to his work and passionate about continuing to build for the future. He truly cared for his ProMiles family.
Mike was a man of quiet strength, deep faith, and unwavering love. He trusted fully in God’s plan and often reminded those around him to do the same, believing that things would always work out as they were meant to. That steady faith guided how he lived and how he loved.
At his core, Mike was a family man. His greatest purpose in life was simple—to make sure the people he loved were happy. No one felt that more than his wife, Noreen, who was the center of his world. Whether it was going all out for Christmas with towering trees that nearly touched the ceiling, spending peaceful afternoons on the lake in search of a quiet cove, or simply enjoying a sunset with Noreen, Mike found his joy in the moments they shared together.
He was a man of simple pleasures and meaningful routines. He could often be found out on the porch with his leaf blower—clean or not—, firing up the grill with a “good tune” playing in the background, or in his garage (his happy place) thinking through life’s problems and how to make things better. He didn’t need much—just good company, a little music, and the people he loved nearby.
Mike had a rare and genuine way with people. He made everyone feel welcome, valued, and at ease. He could strike up a conversation with anyone, and even those who barely knew him would walk away feeling like they had made a friend. His kindness was constant, his presence steady, and his sense of humor ever-present. He was quick with a laugh, always ready with a witty remark, and had a way of making every room feel lighter.
Though he was naturally more reserved, Mike had a quiet ability to shine in any setting. He gave of himself freely—his time, his energy, his guidance—and took pride in helping others grow. He was a mentor, a steady hand, and someone people could count on without hesitation. His “Words of Wisdom” were a hallmark of conversation, and never failed to inspire. His love was not just spoken—it was shown, every single day, in the way he lived.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Noreen Webb; his daughters, Kayla Robson and Falon Stacy; his sons-in-law, Ryan Robson and Casey Stacy; and his beloved grandchildren, Michael Stacy, Luka Stacy, Declan Robson, Delainey Robson, and Rory Stacy. He is also survived by his mother, Linda Rundquist Webb; his sister, Lisa Woodard; and his brother, Douglas Webb.
He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Webb, Jr.
Mike’s legacy is one of love and faith. He gave everything he had to the people he loved and asked for little in return. His memory will live on in the laughter he shared, the lives he shaped, and the countless small moments that meant everything.
Above all, he would want to remind us to keep our faith, trust in God’s plan, and hold the people we love close.
