Tim, Brianne, and Evie,

We are so heartbroken for you all. Micah was so wonderful and he will be sorely missed. We remember him being absolutely adorable as a young child and we enjoyed seeing the kind, thoughtful, smart, and funny young man he had become. One very recent memory that warmed our hearts was watching Micah, Tim, and Herb passing a football to each other while jumping off the diving board and sliding down the slide into the pool - three generations of Gates boys having a blast together. We are praying for you and sending so much love.

Tim and Family,

What an amazing tribute to a clearly amazing person.

I am so sorry for the loss of Micah.  There are no words  ❤️

I pray the great memories will help you with this tremendous loss.

As Micah’s former elementary school principal, I can confirm that he was one of the nicest and most respectful students I have ever met. Micah had an amazing smile and a warm and gentle personality. His loving family always showed support for him and the Barkley School community. May the Lord bring you strength and peace during the incredibly difficult time.
Micah was the first young person to reach out to my son when we started to attend New Story church.  It was a small gesture but one which left a lasting imprint on us all, magnified by his smile, his warmth and his inner glow.   We will miss Micah deeply and pray that God grants strength and peace to the wonderful Gates family as Micah finds rest in his heavenly home.

You are in our thoughts and prayers.  We never had the privilege of meeting Micah.  He looks so much like his dad, Tim.  What a beautiful tribute to his life.  He sounds like an amazing young man.  God bless you all.  We are truly sorry for your loss.

Micah was in my daughter Olivia's class at WCA and Brianne was her piano teacher. We've been reminiscing about Mrs. Smedley's second grade class and looking at yearbook photos this week. While I didn't know Micah well in elementary school, we reconnected with him at Brickfest and then at Royersford Brickworks earlier this year. I immediately recognized his smile. Micah was such a polite and professional employee in his role and was great at interacting with my lego-obsessed son. It's hard to believe he's gone, but we are so thankful we can grieve with the Hope of Jesus. Your family will continue to be in our thoughts and prayers as you walk this road. May the God of all comfort be with you.
