Merton Heintz, a man of warmth, care, and love, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2024. Born on November 12, 1939, Merton lived a full and enriching life, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and generosity.
His warm spirit and caring nature touched the lives of many. He was a man who cherished every moment with his loved ones and valued the importance of giving to others. Merton's legacy of kindness and generosity will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
Merton is survived by his beloved wife, Beverly Heintz, his daughter, Valerie Dickinson, his son Charles Heintz, 6 grandkids and 7 great grandkids. His sister Kathryn Farlin, Doris Ferrier, and brother Dean Heintz. Their loss is immeasurable, but so too is the love and countless precious memories left behind. The family, along with many others, will continue to honor Merton's life by living in accordance to the values he upheld.
There will be a memorial service to celebrate Merton's life on January 21, 2024, at 1:00 PM at the Michigan Center Lions Club. This will be an opportunity for friends and family to gather, share memories, and support each other during this difficult time.
