Meny was born in the Philippines to Alejandro and Ascion Gingco of Zaragoza Spain. She graduated from Assumption College San Lorenzo.  After graduating Meny help her father manage their family owned Coconut Hacienda. She moved to South Carolina in 1987 and has cherished and loved this State and the City of Summerville since. She was married for 55 years to Donald G. Weber (1938-2022) she leaves  behind her son Stan ( Susan) her daughter Susie ( Zavan) her 4 grandson’s and a great granddaughter.  She also has 5 remaining siblings in the Philippines ( Eduardo, Rogelio, Marilou, Marissa, Zaldy ) and 60 nieces and nephews. Her family will miss her dearly. She was caring and loving person.
