Melvin Louis Hess, 63, of Stockton, California, passed away on June 23rd, 2023, from a long battle with cancer.
Melvin spent his pivotal years in Stockton, California. After high school, he fought fires in the Pacific Northwest with Job Crops of America.
Later he married his wife, Michelle, and had three sons while having a 40+ year career in PVC piping.
Melvin was predeceased by his wife, Michelle Herndon (Hess), parents, Wally F. Hess and Betty L. Porter (Hess), sister, Tammy Gloria (Hess), and brother, Jimmy Hess. He is survived by brothers Mike Bails (Hickory, NC), Fred Hess (Stockton, CA), and John Hess (Stockton, CA); sons Nicholas Juarez (San Diego, CA), Christopher Hess (San Diego, CA), and Michael Hess (East Brookfield, MA).
