Mele-Asilika Fonua, 80, of Gardena, CA, passed away on January 08, 2023 peacefully in her home surrounded by her loved ones.
Mele-Asilika was born on May 28, 1942 to Ta'ani & Kalolaine Mahe of Pea, Tokomolo. She was married to the love of her life Tonga Ponasi Afi Fonua from Leimatu'a, Vava'u for over 50 years. They migrated to the USA in the 70's and resided in Inglewood, California for majority of her life. When …
