Mei Sing Chow, a beloved mother and successful pharmacist, died on May 19th, 2024 at the age of 65. Born on September 6th, 1958 and raised in Hong Kong, she immigrated at the age of 17 with her family to Brooklyn, New York and eventually Long Island, where she lived most of her life. Nine months into a courageous battle against cholangiocarcinoma, a rare cancer of the bile duct, Mei passed peacefully in her sleep …
