Megan, my heart is so heavy. The last time I saw you was at a show, we were wearing matching tights which we bought from target, and when we saw each other that night, that is what we laughed about pretty hard. It was a very brief encounter but you hugged me so tight before you ran off. It was the most genuine hug.

I didnt know that it would be the last time that I ever got to experience the light in you. I was so happy to have seen you that night. I wish aj was around so you could have met him. I think you'd get a kick out of his weird ass haha.

I am beyond sad that we lost you, I wish i were one of the people in your close circle, mainly because I know just how a'fricking'mazing you were and I saw how you chose to treat the people around you that you loved. Everyone that has ever met you is devastated by this loss. We never expect our happiest friends to be in any pain.... and then this happens pretty much out of the blue. I struggle with quite a bit of deep rooted depression, but staying in existence for people like you is what has kept me going. You have been an icon of hope, an icon of faith in humanity and an icon of strength in our community.
I can only try my hardest to aspire to live the way you chose to, and even then it will take some extreme patience and persistence. You were fearless, and that is not something you come by everyday. Even after breaking your back, you still got back up and started doing other activities that fired you back up. The adrenaline lived for YOU! My deepest condolences to everyone that megan had an impact on. Especially to her family and closest friends.

She is at rest now, and like she said...she just wants us all to love each other and quit judging others for their mistakes, hold eachother accountable, and just LOVE LOVE LOVE everyone that you encounter.

Thank you for these life lessons Megan. This universe will not be the same without your presence. We will all miss you dearly!!! *biggest sincere squeeze*
