Maydell Simpson/Hays Clark Moore was born on May 16, 1944 in Monticello, Drew County, Arkansas to her parents John Simpson and Lillie Beatrice White. Maydell Simpson/Hays was adopted her adopted parents are William Clayton Hays and Margaret Olla (Bo) White. Maydell Moore passed away on April 7, 2008 in Checotah, McIntosh County, Oklahoma.
Maydell Moore is is preceaded in death by her parents John Simpson and Lillie Beatrice White Allen and her adopted parents William Clayton Hays and Margaret Olla (Bo) White and Maydell is also preceaded in death by her brother Lloyd Dewitt (Dee) Hays.
Maydell Moore Is servived by her husband Donald R Moore and she is servived by her two brothers Jerry Wayne Simpson/Wells and Joe "Jojo" Simpson. she has several nieces and nephews.

Checotah Fenural Home in McIntosh County, Oklahoma did her arrangements on April 7, 2008 she was cremated.
