Maxwell was born to Nancy and Philip on April 12, 1952 in Poqousen. As a child, he loved to play sports. Maxwell met his wife, Joanna at church. They married three years later and went on to have two children, Jeremy and Luke. In addition to being a dedicated and loving father, he held an unwavering faith in God, which he shared with those who surrounded him. Maxwell joins our other beautiful family members up there in Heaven.
