Meggles and Allie,

So sorry for the loss of your mom. I wish I had known her. No doubt, I would have found her delightful.

Much love to you,

Erin

Meghan and Allison,

So very sorry for your loss. She was a really nice person.

The tribute is wonderful and really nice photos.

My sympathy to you both.  Kathy Glemnitz#

Allie and Meg,

What a lovely tribute to your mom! I always enjoyed a good chin-wag with Max, sipping a pop by the pool in your backyard. It’s highly likely that I may have piqued her curiosity as an anthropological case study but, nevertheless, she always met me with a warm smile, snacks, and a cold beverage  every time I knocked on your door, even unannounced. I felt blessed that she would share her maternal nature with me, always taking the time to listen to my (non-)issues, offering her sage advice, and frequently (and thoughtfully) sending me job postings in an effort to get me back home. Her sense of humour and potato salad were second to none!

Max will be sorely missed, but may you both find comfort in the love, adoration, and fond memories she has left behind.

Xoxoxo

Allie and Meg, Max was a beautiful soul and I can’t imagine how you are feeling right now.  Her dry humour always kept me guessing until she flashed that smile. I have a lot of fond memories of her and Bert. An amazing lady indeed!

Allie and Megan, we’re so very sorry to hear about your Mum.  I think about her and your dad and your family every time I’m in the Soo and see your old house. Lots of good memories with them. Our deepest sympathies to you both.

Allie&Meg. So Sorry for your loss. She will be greatly missed 💖Always think of her& Abbie when I go by their home. A friend I will not forget.
These are such lovely photos.  Max always welcomed me into her home with a big smile and a bowl of snacks.  She had a sharp wit and made arguably the best potato salad in the world. She will be missed.
