Max's obituary
Max Thomas, Jr. of Birmingham, Alabama lost his battle with cancer on Saturday, April 1, 2023.
Max served in the Air Force as a young man. He was an avid golfer and could be found on the golf course on any given weekend enjoying the company of a host of good friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter (Lezlie Thomas Sheffield), and his granddaughter (Katie Scott Thomas). He is survived by his wife (Lisa Thomas); sister (Anna Roberts); sons Max Thomas III (Meagan), Robert Thomas (Rachel), Russell Thomas and Mark Thomas; twelve grandchildren and many loving friends.
A memorial service in his honor will be held on Saturday, April 8th at 3:00pm at HighPoint Community Church in Empire, AL.
