FORT WORTH: Max Wayne Johnson passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at the age of 77.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: 2 p.m. Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Faith Tabernacle Assembly of God, 420 S Blue Mound Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76131. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Faith Tabernacle Assembly of God for the Pleasant Hills Orphanage in memory of Max Johnson.
