Background
Maurice has generously donated his tissues to the Brain Support Network to allow the Mayo Clinic of Jacksonville to study Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) type C, the rare, progressive disease that claimed his life. Please consider donating to this fund in lieu of flowers to support the family's contribution and offset the expenses required to facilitate the brain donation.
