Dearest Coryn, I met your mother when you were about 3 and McGee was about 2. I loved Maureen from the minute I met her as McGee loved you. Our family has so many fond memories of you two. Though the years have certainly gone by, our memories of you have not. We remember well being with you at a Bible character costume party. We loved being with you at the Kingdom Hall. We are so sorry for the pain and confusion you are feeling. We hope to be with you to welcome Maureen back to this earth she loved. Love, Charles, Cookie, and McGee (Quinn now)
Dear Coryn, Having your mother pass away makes your relationship with her final in huge ways. As time goes by compassion will bring an understanding for you of why your mom was who she was and a different, more accurate, interpretation of her actions. Go on now knowing you let her know you loved her, cared for her, wanted her, by your attempts to see her and have contact with her. She was aware of the loving partner you have chosen, the loving, caring, kind mother you have become. These are qualities that brought your mother much peace of mind, respect for you and the quality of woman you are. Find comfort in the process of life, knowing that we all will pass on. She has peace now. ❤⚘
My condolences and prayers to Coryn and the rest of Maureen’s family. She played an important part in my family when the kids where young. She even introduced me to the Truth. I am very appreciative of the impact she had on my life. Looking forward to seeing her in Paradise.
I met Maureen while we were in Stone Mountain Park Congregation and clicked right away. She had such a loving heart that reflected Jehovah's everlasting love. I truly look forward to a time when she will hear, "Maureen, come out" - what a reunion that will be. Until then, dear heart, get your sleep ...
I met Maureen in 1989 she was out witnessing. She knocked on my door and began preaching. I told her I grew up in the truth but I had gotten away from it. Well she started studying with me without question. With her strong spirit and love she felt like there was no reason for me not to study and to get baptized. So she studied with me and I was baptized. At the time I was pregnant and had two small children and I didn't have a car mor did I know how to drive. She made sure I made the meetings and I was out in service with the love of her and other brothers and sisters she made it easy to serve Jehovah. I don't know if she got tired of driving me around or she just wanted me to be independent, but one day she came to my house and gave me the keys to her red Chevy Chevett and told me I could use it( mind you I don't know how to drive) well I drove a little each day while praying not to get in an accident and I have been driving ever since. I eventually got my drivers licence. Maureens daughter Coryn amd my children spend a lot of time together. I have so many pics of them when they were younger. I love Maureen spirit, her love and her determination. My sister will be truly missed❤❤ See you in paradise🌴😘😘 Love you Coryn prayers and love to you and your family❤❤❤❤😘
