Matthew Greg Rodriguez died peacefully in his sleep on July 28, 2025.  

Matthew Greg Rodriguez, a name synonymous with good times, partying, food and music.  An aficionado of all that is 80's rock and metal.  A drummer, routed deep in the heavy metal movement of San Francisco. A fun personality loved by all.

Matthew Greg Rodriguez was also a loving father and grandfather.  A family man. The everlasting support system.  The man that always kept his family fed with the best of cuisines. 

A self proclaimed philosopher with proverbs such as, "Want in one hand and S&%t in another. See which one fills up first." or "A watch pot never boils." 

A man who was your up to date source of newer heavier music. He had an ear for music, as well as a passion for the same.

Matthew Greg Rodriguez was the embodiment of passion and charisma.  He will be dearly missed by all that knew him.  We love you, Matthew Greg Rodriguez, truly taken from us way too soon.
