Anyone who had the privilege of crossing paths with Matthew can attest to his contagious and positive energy, his humour, his kindness, and his wit. Profoundly compassionate, generous, and caring, Matt made everything brighter and lighter wherever he went, and truly made the world a better place.

We mourn the loss of a truly exceptional human being. Our hearts are with Matt’s family, his wife Véro and two daughters Adeline and Flora, as well as everyone who, just like us, followed Matt into the exciting endeavours his brilliant—and at times rebellious!—mind conjured. 

Matt, we miss you so much already. We will continue to celebrate your legacy and try, humbly, to keep up the incredible work you started. We love you.

Tous ceux et celles qui ont eu le privilège de côtoyer Matt peuvent témoigner de son énergie positive et contagieuse, de son humour et de sa gentillesse. Profondément compatissant, généreux et attentionné, Matt rendait tout plus lumineux et plus léger partout où il allait, et il a véritablement rendu le monde meilleur.

Nous pleurons la perte d'une personne tout à fait exceptionnelle. Nous sommes de tout cœur avec la famille de Matt, sa femme Véro et ses deux filles Adeline et Flora, ainsi qu'avec tous ceux et celles qui, comme nous, ont suivi Matt dans les projets passionnants que son esprit brillant - et parfois rebelle - a imaginés. 

Matt, tu nous manques déjà beaucoup. Nous continuerons à célébrer ton héritage et à essayer, humblement, de poursuivre l'incroyable travail que tu as commencé. Nous t'aimons.
