Matthew B. Bush, 38, of Michigan City passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 in Michigan City.
Cremation services have been selected by the family.
The Root Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
Matthew was born June 14, 1981 in St. Louis, Missouri to the late Roger and Leanna (Beck) Bush.
Surviving is one daughter, Payton Bush ; four aunts;
Betty (Mike) Knox, Linda (Paul) Smith, Mary (Bill) Cook and Karen (Ron) Berard; cousins; Jennifer Unger, Lauren Sergent, Brenford Sergent, Michael (Pam) Cook, Catherine Smith, Jacqueline Berard, Danielle Berard and Anthony Berard; his special fur baby Jasper and many loving friends.
Matthew is preceded in death by both his mother and father ; Leanna F. (Lee) Beck and Roger H. Bush, his beloved lifetime companion and pet; Butch, as well as several grandparents.
He was a fork lift operator who also loved to work on and paint cars and hot rods.
He loved his daughter and his dogs very much and he had a gentle and calm spirit with a big heart. He will be deeply and eternally missed by all who knew and loved him.
