It has taken me up until this moment to post anything on here. Matty was the greatest man in the world. You raised a true gentleman. I am devastated over this news. I always considered your kids my grandchildren. I mean I have known them for pretty much all their lives. Matty, would always stop whatever he was doing to help me out whenever he was at my house. He never wanted to talk about the basic stuff he always wanted to talk about deep and meaningful things. He was special. Very very special. Christmas will never be the same. My birthday will never be the same. You were such a light my boy. You were and are so so so deeply loved. 

Matty, you will never be forgotten. 

I hope wherever you are you are finally at peace.

This can’t be real. I feel like I am in a nightmare that I cannot wake up from. 

Bro, you were the greatest friend any one could ask for.  You were a real one. I am so sorry. 

To Jimmy, I can’t imagine what you are going through. I cannot imagine being a parent and losing my child. Matty always spoke about you. He loved you so much. I hope you can find some comfort in knowing how much he loved you. 

Jodi, I am so sorry your person is gone. You two were made for each other. You were meant to be together. I hope when I end up with a significant other, our relationship will be like yours with Matty. I am absolutely heartbroken for you. I wish I could lessen your pain. Just know he loved you so much. You made him a better man. You made him happier. You made him love a little harder. You changed his life.

I am so sorry for your devastating loss. I was lucky enough to have Matteo in my art classes. He had such a way with a pencil. You do not come across talent like he had often. He was such a kind, thoughtful, and fun student. Everyone would gravitate towards him. 

I feel very honoured to have been able to witness his growth. I can’t imagine what you are all feeling. Nothing in life prepares parents for losing their children. Sending you so much strength during this gut wrenching time.

My condolences to Matteo's family. I first met Matteo when  we were in high school. describe how you know each other ] and we would often  spend time skateboarding, listening to music, just doing fun things. together.
