Conard Blount Mattox IV (Matt), 42, passed away peacefully on December 10 from complications due to a glioblastoma. He was surrounded by family. He was always friendly, compassionate and made the most of the life he was given. Matt was born to the late Conard Blount Mattox III (Matt) and Dorothy Long Mattox in Richmond on January 14, 1980.
