Mason's obituary
With heavy hearts, we share the passing of Mason Lowell Clower on July 9, 2024. Born on September 25, 1996, in Decatur, Texas. Mason spent much of his childhood in Oakhurst, California before returning to Texas and graduating from Alvord High School.
Mason was a devoted husband, a hardworking man, and a beloved friend. He played baseball throughout high school. He loved hunting, golfing and was a hard match to beat when it came to anything he put on his smoker.
He took great pride in his work in the pipeline and oilfield industries, known for his unmatched work ethic and dedication. His success was a testament to the work he did.
His compassionate heart and welcoming personality touched everyone who had the fortune to meet him. He was genuinely loved by all who crossed his path.
One of Mason's greatest joys was his wife, Emily. He loved watching her ride their horses and was dedicated to learning everything she knew about them. Emily adored teaching him how to ride. Their bond was truly special, a beautiful love story that was unconventional yet inspiring.
Mason was a man of strong faith, and his Christian values guided him throughout his life. His love for God and his commitment to his faith were evident in his daily actions and interactions with others.
Mason and Emily lived life to the fullest, moving spontaneously in their RV from Decatur to Granbury before settling in Stephenville, where they had first met in 2020. Their journey together was marked by love, dedication, patience and shared dreams.
Mason is survived by his loving parents, Jeff and Candace Clower, his two sisters, brother and his family, and his “adopted” family that include Walter, Jessica and Bryce Bull. Along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Mason will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. His legacy of hard work, compassion, and love for life will continue to inspire us all.
