Maryann Donnelly passed away on August 20, 2024, in Spotsylvania, Virginia, at the age of 72. Born on December 12, 1952, Maryann devoted her life to her family and community, leaving a lasting impact through her professional and personal endeavors.

Maryann's career was marked by a significant tenure with the city of Richmond, where she served diligently for 40 years. Following her retirement from public service, she continued to apply her skills as a secretary for Keller Williams Realty Agency in Richmond, demonstrating her unwavering work ethic and dedication to her community.

Beyond her professional life, Maryann was a beacon of love and joy within her family. She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey, William, and Arthur Donnelly, and her cherished seven grandchildren. Her life was also blessed with the companionship of her beloved cats and dogs. Maryann was preceded in death by her husband, David Donnelly, her grandson, Brendan Donnelly, and her parents, Judith and Steven wright 

A lover of the arts and nature, Maryann was an avid gardener and painter. Her hobbies also included volunteering at the SPCA, traveling, and attending plays, which reflected her compassionate spirit and zest for life. Maryann's contributions to her community and the joy she spread through her hobbies will be fondly remembered and sorely missed.

Maryann's life will be celebrated by those who knew her as a loving grandmother, mother, sister, and daughter. Her legacy of love, dedication, and service continues to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her.
