Mary was a very good friend to me. I tried to help her over the last few years as much as I could. She had a lot of hard times but her faith in the Lord stayed strong. She loved our church in Lakewood. She loved her dog Harley and missed him greatly when he passed. She loved to cook and when she lived with me in 2020, she always had dinner ready when I came home from work. She loved her kids and her grandkids and talked about them all the time and she,was so excited about being a great grandmother. I am going to miss her and her grumpy ways.

Mary came into our lives about 15 years ago. We often dined at Twisters and she would take a break to sit and talk with my wife and I. We first met her through our church (Grace Covenant Church, Lakewood, CO). When she arrived on Sunday mornings, she would always look for her friends to give them big hugs. My last time to see her was a few weeks prior to her death. We prayed together for her kids and family. She will be missed and remembered by us always.
Mary's church would like to hold a memorial service for her in the near future at her church. Please contact the church if you would like to get in touch with us. Grace Covenant Church: www.gcclw.org - (303) 988-7505
