We deeply regret to announce the passing of Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Seibel (nee Icenhour), lovingly known as Stacy, who was born on August 30, 1962, and departed this life on August 31, 2023. Stacy was a pillar of strength, resilience, and kindness, leaving behind a legacy of love and devotion.
