Mary's obituary
“Nanny”
4/13/1932-2/16/2020
Mary passed on at the age of 87 in her beloved home, surrounded by her family.
Mary was born in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma, and grew up in an orphanage. As a senior in high she met Bill Ringer Sr. and married soon after. They had three amazing children, Deborah, Dorothea and Billy Jr. She lived an incredible life that was the embodiment of love. In the early 1970’s, she opened a flower shop and wedding chapel, Always and Forever, in Houston. From then on, she made countless people happy with her beautiful flowers, she assisted couples in preparing for their wedding day and helped celebrate with each one. Anyone that Mary crossed paths with loved her and her positive attitude. She was steadfast and courageous. She experienced a great deal of tragedy and heartbreak, but stayed strong for the ones she loved. Mary’s family was always her pride and joy. She is preceded in death by her husband and their three children. She leaves behind her granddaughter Brandy Ridley, spouse Matthew Gaul, great grandchildren Justin and Debbie Holley; Granddaughter Dawn Kirkland Pendleton, husband William Pendleton, great grandchildren Jason and Megan Kirkland, children’s father Jeff Kirkland, Great grandchildren Scarlett and Will Pendleton; Granddaughter Gina Cannon, and great grandchildren Rachel and Kristen Cannon; Granddaughter Dona King and great grandchildren Sarah, Rachel and Amanda King; Grandson Billy Ringer III and wife Amber, great grandson Alec. Grandsons Bryce Ringer and Brett Denny and great granddaughter Logan. Best friends and Family, Ron and Geri Ridley.
As our hearts break, they also rejoice in knowing that she is home. What a celebration in heaven now that she has her family, again.
Nanny, you will be missed, Always and Forever.
You will always be our favorite.
