Mary Edna Anderson Moore, age 72, departed her loving family on November 3rd 2020, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, surrounded by her children, Shelia, Imanuel, Wendy, and David. Mary was born in Biloxi, Mississippi on May 23rd, 1948. She was the daughter of the late William Anderson Sr. of Biloxi and Ester Hall of Pass Christian.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her brothers William and Albert, sisters Elizabeth and Dorothy, her daughter Mary, and her grandson Allen.

She leaves behind to cherish her loving memories, her sister Shirley Dennis; four children, Shelia Anderson Campbell (Kenneth) , Imanuel Barnett, Wendy Barnett Henderson (Le Don), and David Barnett; seven grandchildren, Joyce Anderson, Robert Anderson, Jazmine Burton, Tamala Barnett, Dupree Barnett, Devante Bell, and Eric Campbell; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Mary was known for her sly humor, big heart, and warm smile and she raised her children and grandchildren with love and devotion. She enjoyed music, watching television police dramas, quiet time outdoors, and taking long car rides.

Visitation will be held at Marshall Life Center, 810 Division Street in Biloxi on Tuesday, November 10th from 10:00 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 11:00 a.m. Internment will follow at Biloxi Cemetery.
