Mary Kay Monagle, 51, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on August 29th, 2021 from natural causes.  Mary was predeceased by her mother Katherine in April of 2011.  She is  survived by her father Bill (Nancy) and her brother Dennis (Andrea) along with several nieces (Thea, Eliza, Claire, Abby) nephew (Devon), and countless good friends and associates.  Mary had a career spanning over 20 years as a registered nurse and took care of thousands of patients.  She will be remembered as a loving and caring spirit whose presence will always be with us.
