In loving memory of our mother, Mary Louise Milbrath, who passed away on February 05, 2023 in Mercer Island, WA. Mary was born on July 16, 1940 in Fennimore, WI to Donald and Adeline Roethe. She graduated from Capital University in 1962 with a degree in education. She embarked on a long teaching career, started in Nyssa, OR and substituting for years in Portland, OR. She went on to teach Kindergarten, First, and Second Grade …
