Liz was born on November 2, 1962 in Sacramento to Don and Lois Medina. She was the third of five kids. Liz grew up in Herald, CA in a large, close-knit family. She graduated from Galt High School in 1981. As an adult she resided in Galt, CA for more than 30 years.
