Mary Ann (Dierks) Bahnson

b: November 30, 1933 in lowa d: November 8, 2024 in Spokane, WA

Beloved wife, mother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother died 22 days shy of her 91st birthday. Her memory was fading but her joy and kindness were overflowing until her final breath. She will be deeply missed, but she has relocated to a finer home where all her memories will return and her loving heart will shine on us all.

Mary is survived by her 4 children, Nancy Yohe (Ryan), Paul, Philip, and Linda Avey,  9 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and several great-greats. 

Mary will be interred next to her husband, Richard Bahnson, at the Veteran's cemetery in Spokane.

In lieu of flowers, do a Mary activity: some birdwatching on your next walk. She made the world a better place.
