Mary Bacile Palmer, aged 79 of Houston, died peacefully on November 1, 2018. Mary was born on December 8, 1938, in Houston, Texas, the daughter of Marion Bacile and Mary Leggio Bacile.
Mary attended Sam Houston State Teachers College and graduated from the College of Education at the University of Houston. She later attended St. Thomas University, and earned a M.Ed. in Special Education. She was a dedicated educator for many years, and taught …
