In lieu of flowers

Please consider a contribution to New Equipment for Together Hospice In Memoriam.

Background

Martin was cared for by Together Hospice for five weeks, during that time the equipment that was used for care was older equipment.

Most of the patients in Hospice Care are either using Medicaid or Medicare for insurance and there aren't a lot of funds to get the best equipment. The funds I hope to raise are to improve the level of care that one receives by providing additional funds to purchase updated equipment.

I would like to make the donations in one lump sum in memory of my father Martin Henry Corigliano.
