Martha “Bonnie” Moriarty, of Wyandotte, MI, passed away at Mercy Hospital on June 21, 2022.

Bonnie lived a long life, far longer than many expected, and was best known for her dry sense of

humor, loving hugs, and care for others; not to forget, her peach custard pie, Christmas cookies,

and famous extra boozy fruitcake. To honor Bonnie, a celebration of life will be held. Please

contact Jeanette Caul, daughter of Bonnie, for information. Bonnie was born May 4 th , 1943, to

Charles Louis McIntosh and Mary Margaret McKanna. Bonnie is survived by her daughter

Jeanette and her husband Casey; her sons David and Steven; her sister Joan Lyons; her brother

Kenneth McIntosh; and 3 grandchildren, Ryan, Kaitlyn, and Steven. Bonnie was a registered

nurse and helped many over the years. In addition, she was involved in the Red Hats Society

beside her sister Joan. Bonnie was an avid jigsaw puzzle builder, and fierce Canasta and Bingo

opponent. Bonnie spent many hours volunteering and bonding with many of the ladies she lived

with at her senior living facility prior to her passing. Bonnie will be greatly missed by all;

however, she is leaving behind a vibrant legacy.
