I dated Marta for a short time in 1971 before I went to Vietnam. She was beautiful, adorable and intelligent. I finally found contact information a few days ago after wanting to catch up with her for years only to find she'd passed away. There is nothing I can say to make that better. So sorry. Such a sweetheart!

We used to write when I was stationed at Ft. Knox. She was always uplifting and went out of her way to help in a situation that I won't forget.

Marta and I worked in the Delaware County building at the same time 1975. That is when we became friends and started bowling together. We also traveled together many times and attended many functions as special friends.

Marta was a wonderful mentor and role model. She worked hard, was dedicated to the community, and put her blood sweat and tears into all she did. I will miss her upbeat, vibrant, helpfulness. She was one to always volunteer and step up. Such a loss to the community and all who knew her.
