Marsha Gail Harvey, 60, of West St Paul Mn, passed away on January 9th at 5:40am, surrounded by her daughter. Marsha, was born on July 15th 1961 to The late Willie Lee Harvey Sr and Flora May Harvey in St Louis Missouri, immediately brought joy and laughter into the world.
