Marsha Gail Harvey, 60, of West St Paul Mn, passed away on January 9th at 5:40am, surrounded by her daughter. Marsha, was born on  July 15th 1961 to The late Willie Lee Harvey Sr and Flora May Harvey in St Louis Missouri, immediately brought joy and laughter into the world. Marsha went to Normandy high school until she gave birth to her first child Lawanda.  Marsha then continued on in Job Corp and then cosmetology ,also barbering. Gave birth two her 2 sons Jeffrey and Richard Means and went back to college for the culinary arts graduating with honors. Marsha was a chef for 20 years, an amazing loving mother, strong hard working woman who could draw a picture or design a cake like you could only imagine. Marsha loved to knit & crochet, listen to music and cook. Most definitely visit the casino with family. Marsha has 3 living siblings. Anthony Harvey of St. Louis, Willie Harvey Jr of Minneapolis, and Gregory Harvey of Minneapolis. Marsha is preceded in death by her 4 children. Lawanda Golden daughter of Minneapolis Minnesota, and sons Jeffrey Means Jr of St Louis, Richard Means of Minneapolis and Nigeria Harvey Minneapolis, and two grandchildren Areon grandson, Nya grand daughter. Marsha was a kind and caring soul who forever left a mark on the life's she entered. You are forever loved! 

 Dementia was the cause of death and funeral arrangements will be updated after the holidays. In loving memory of my queen b I love you always mama. Your daughter Nikki
