It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Marquell Hawkins, who departed this earthly realm on July 29, 2024. Marquell was born on August 5, 1990; his life here may have been brief, but it was full of vitality and enthusiasm that will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.

Marquell was an exceptional individual, known for his outgoing nature, intelligence, and athletic prowess. He had a fierce passion for life and an infectious zest that touched everyone around him. His spirit was as vibrant as the music he loved, always bopping to his favorite artist - Lil Wayne. His influence and inspiration, like his favorite tracks, will continue to resonate in our hearts.

Every family gathering was a joyous occasion for Marquell, especially during meal times – his fondness for shrimp was legendary. These shared moments of togetherness, filled with laughter, love, and delicious food, are memories that his loved ones will cherish forever.

Marquell leaves behind a loving family who were at the heart of everything he did. He is survived by his mother, Sabrina Hawkins, and his father, Freddy Hawkins SR. His strong bond and deep-rooted relationships with his brother, Frederick Hawkins, and sister, Brooklyn Salley, will never be forgotten. The love and admiration he had for his family illuminated his life and his loss will leave a profound void in their hearts.
