Marlene "Nene" Louise Sutherland, age 78, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones on April 19th, 2020.
She was born December 20th, 1941 in Remus, Michigan, to Lester Root and Violet Mae Esch. Marlene was a 1960 graduate of Haslett High School. Marlene lived in California for a short time before moving back to Michigan to be with family. She spent time working various jobs before settling in the healthcare field.
