Mark Theroux August 24, 1976 - December 31, 2024
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mark Theroux on December 31, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on August 24, 1976, Mark was a devoted father whose greatest joy in life was his boys and family.
Mark married Sara (Seavers) on September 24, 2005. Together, they have three beautiful boys, Sawyer, Tavin, and Raif, who were the highlights of his life. Mark's love for his family was evident in every aspect of his life. He cherished spending time at the ballfield watching Raif play baseball and was passionate about watching his other boys, Sawyer and Tavin, shoot trap.
An avid outdoorsman, Mark loved hunting and fishing, enjoying the tranquility and challenge of nature. His love for the outdoors was something he shared with his boys, along with his dad, his brother Chris & family, creating countless cherished memories together at their hunting cabin.
Mark will be fondly remembered for his sense of humor, deep love for his family, and unwavering strength during his courageous battle with cancer. His life, though cut short too soon, leaves a lasting legacy through his beloved sons and the countless lives he touched.
He is survived by his wife, Sara, and their three sons, Sawyer, Tavin, and Raif; his parents, Richard and Donna Theroux; his brother Christopher (Kelly) Theroux; brother-in-laws Jacob (Katrina) Seavers and Jeremy (Johana) Seavers; sister-in-law Samantha (Eric) Aldrich; and numerous nieces, nephews, and a beautiful new great-nephew Oliver. Mark's spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A special thank you goes to Mark’s parents for their unwavering support and care during the last 18 months while Mark battled cancer and went through many challenges he was facing.
A celebration of life will be on February 9, 2025, at Springvill Sports Barn in Plover, WI, from 12:30-3:30 pm.
