I am your neighbor in Kerby Estates and we just found out from a friend of ours that Mark had passed.  I just wanted to share that over the years, he has treated our daughter so warmly and routinely over the course of her growing up in the neighborhood has welcomed her and her various companions onto the property to feed the horses treats.  For years she visited and he welcomed her.  He was such a kind man.
Mark was our neighbor since 2004.  In  the past two years I had the opportunity to share in his successes with his horse racing and spend a lot of time helping maintain the property and horses at his home.  Many mornings we would drive to the Hanger for breakfast and spend the next hour or so laughing and talking horses.  What I know of horses now came from my time with Mark.  I/we do miss him and wish our best to his family and friends.

Sorry for your loss. Met Mark when we came out to visit Philip and Kryssi and we all went to a ballgame and again at their wedding. Fun guy to be around and I could tell how much he loved you guys.🤟

Sending love to you and remembering the good times we had and all the things you taught me. You will be missed. I love you "Uncle Monkey"
My heart is broken. Mark is the best neighbor and friend I have ever had. I will miss our talks about horses for hours at a time and picking out the best studs for the mares…. He always had a smile for me, even on his bad days. He is so loved and will be greatly missed. RIP my friend.
I met Mark only a few times yet, through Philip, he made our family better. Thank you for the best grandson-in-law ever! We are forever grateful for the gift of your legacy 💝
Mark was a good friend. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. I last spoke to him on Friday and was planning to visit him at his son's house after he was settled. I wish I had the opportunity to say goodbye. Rip Mark
