Mark "Drifty" "Elwood" Neely, 63, of Lakeside, California, passed away on May 18, 2022.
Mark was born on July 6, 1958 to Phyllis and James Neely in Fort Pierce, Florida. Mark was a kind soul and wouldn't hesitate to feed you, give you the shirt off his back or give you his last dollar. He was very proud of and loved his children, Danielle and Jacob, and loved his five grandchildren deeply. Although divorced, Mark …
