WoW! un looking at these pics! I miss my buddy! Tell our stories all the time! With love.....Brother Joel
Mark was a classmate of mine at CBHS. I haven’t seen Mark since 1983. I remember the many rides I gave him after school to his home on Quince. Many of the photos and thoughtful comments about Mark on here tell me he was the same nice guy we all knew then. Brothers forever!

Wow! I just discovered the news of the untimely passing of Mark, one of the most "larger than life" people I have ever known. He was always funny, always laughing, always enjoying life, and loving of his family. Not only did we have a connection, but our fathers served together in WWII, literally. My father was his sergeant when they were in France. To Amanda, Natalie, Julie; Mark meant so much to everybody he ever encountered. And, you guys meant the most to him. Peace and comfort to you.

Received tics and back stage …
Pre-concert at Red Rocks
Received tics and back stage passes from Better than Ezra who opened for Bare Naked Ladies

I worked with Mark for a short time at Sterling Bank  and enjoyed the time we got to spend together.  Mark had the personality that was appealing to all who came in contact with him.  He has a funny and sometimes, mischievous way that I connected with instantly.   I will miss you brother.  RIP  Rob Longacre

Mark was about the sweetest, kindest and most genuine man I have ever known.  I met him at a NAGGL conference in 2001 when I was a rookie, Mark was the first person to befriend me.  He made me laugh so hard I cried. He swam across Tampa Bay on a bet! Who does that???  Mark does that. He was full of joy and surprises. The world is an emptier, less happy place without him.   Mark was lovely.  He will  be sorely missed by everyone who knew him and loved him. I know he is making people in heaven laugh.
So sorry and devastated by my cousin’s untimely death.  Mark was expecting a visit from me except for the recent hurricane.  He turned down my invitations (9) to fish Alaska this year, our ninth trip.  He kept saying there would be time!  I will miss our lunches and the Colorado trout we caught together.  I enjoyed our Elk chasing in Colorado and coffees.  He was always kind and giving to me and I can never forget the Canada trip in 1975 and the play of my cousins and brothers.  We shared many heartfelt conversations and he more like a brother than cousin.  Safe travels my friend as the world has lost a good soul!  I hope only for the best to his surviving family and hope they find the strength to understand and heal.  Kurt

Mark was bigger than life. I was proud to call him friend and was even prouder that he considered me one of his. Almost every time we would end a conversation whether in person or on a call he would say “hey, love ya man”. Mark, I love you man and always will.

My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

A great guy with the biggest smile ever!

You always made me laugh and smile and you always will.  So grateful for your friendship.  You will be missed.

Truly a brother from another mother! Will be missed! Loved his daughters! I’m here for you two!
