Mark David McGraw age 73, dear brother of John (Eileen), Leo, Susan and Joyce (Ron). Beloved uncle and friend to many. He was preceded in death by his twin brother Matthew and his parents Nancy Lee McGraw and John Joseph McGraw Sr. Mark was born November 30th during the blizzard of 1950, along with his twin brother Matthew. They had a special bond that was unspoken and unbreakable. Mark never met a stranger and was a champion of the underdog. Mark graduated from Cleveland Marshall School of Law in 1977 and continued to practice in his downtown Cleveland law office. He enjoyed living out in the countryside in West Salem. His garden and apple trees were a source of pride. He was an avid sports fan and loved his Browns, Cavs and Indians. Mark was devoted to his dog Clarence and his 3 little kitties. Spoiling them brought him much happiness. He will be greatly missed. Passed away October 31, 2024. Funeral Service 11 a.m. Saturday, November 9 at the McGorray-Hanna Funeral Home of Lakewood, 14133 Detroit Avenue. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. FRIENDS MAY CALL IN THE FUNERAL HOME ON SATURDAY FROM 11 A.M. UNTIL THE TIME OF THE SERVICE. The family suggests memorial donations in his name to The Humane Society of Ashland County.
