Mark's obituary

Mark McCracken, 60,  loved father brother, and grandfather passed away on July 30, 2022.

Mark was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of his daughter, Ashley,  and to experience the joys of being a grandfather to Wyatt Ford.  A beloved brother to James McCracken, Gwendolyn Vault, Cheryl Malone, Darrell McCracken, and Quinton McCracken. A supportive uncle for his nieces and nephews that loved to be surrounded by family.

Mark was also a passionate and avid sports fan and could often be found reviewing stats, watching ESPN, or boasting about his Tarheels.  Anyone who knew Mark knew that he was the most loving father and brother a family could ask for.  The family requests that all flowers and notes are sent to Davis Funeral Home. There will be a celebration of life at 2:00 pm on Sunday, August 7th at Davis Funeral Home (Brunswick Co.)

1705 Southport-Supply Rd. SE

28422.

There is also a viewing for close family and friends at 3:00 pm on Saturday, August 6th at Davis Funeral Home(Brunswick Co.)
