Mark's obituary
Markie deeply loved his family, friends, favorite soccer team ATL UTD (and Nottingham Forest), mexican food and 'trolling' people about sports. He and Lauren spent the last few years worshipping at Pure Hope Church, craving to build relationships with the community. Markie was proud to coach kids through the FCA Urban Soccer League with Pastor Dale.
Markie grew up in Savannah, Georgia and has kept many lifelong friends.
Markie is survived by wife Lauren Holloway, mother Stella Saxon Collins (and husband Bryan), father Mark Dwayne Holloway Sr. (and wife Mary), sister Kristen Saxon Wells (and husband Brad and son Justice), brother Sean Holloway (and wife Lisa and children: Kye, Sean Jr., Natalie, Matthew, Elli), grandparents Brenda and Bill Saxon (Gommie and Poppie) and Elizabeth Ruiz Holloway (Nanny). There are many more family members, in-laws and friends on Earth and in Heaven that we hold dear in our hearts. A special kind of peace has come over us knowing his Aunt Donna (Holloway) and Uncle Billy (Saxon) and Markie and Lauren's unborn child welcomed him with open arms alongside our Lord and Savior, Jesus.
"He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." -Psalm 147:3
