Losing Mark is so awful. We met in the 80's at CSUN. Mark quickly became part of our circle of friends...he was fun, dynamic and had a subversive sense of humor. We began collaborating and he eventually became the singer in my band. We recorded a bunch of music and played a ton of shows. We spent a lot of time together, hanging out, writing songs, rehearsing, out at the clubs watching other bands, pushing our shows and music and just having a great time. Our friendship continued after the music didn't work out as we had wanted...I even worked with Mark at VETPAW for a while. I will miss Mark's friendship.
