Mark Stephen Fink was born on August 29th, 1959 in Baltimore, MD. He was the oldest of two children born to the late Stephen Nicholas Fink and Florence Mary Fink (née Dimler), also preceding him in death.
Mark attended Johnnycake Elementary school, then continued his education at Woodlawn High School where he graduated in 1977. As a young man he had many interests such as baseball, trains, music, camping and a love for animals. His …
