At Bradley and Paula’s wedding — with Mark and Ale Dodge
My heart is broken after hearing the news of Mark. My deepest sympathy to Ally and his entire family. Mark was so talented in everything he did, yet he was one of the most humble human beings I ever met. Thank you for opening your home to me and my daughters. I will never forget all of the wonderful conversations we had about music, photography and food.  May you rest in peace. Thank you for all of the beautiful memories and for your wonderful friendship. I will never forget you.

I'm saddened by this news.  I always enjoyed working with Mark- first as a coworker and then as a customer.  Mark was a good engineer who made all of our jobs easier.  I'll miss him, for sure.

I did not have many chances to work closely with Mark, but in recent months I was fortunate to collaborate with him on some tasks. In that time, I came to see his professionalism, his warm spirit, and the genuine kindness he showed in always being ready to help others.

His sudden passing is so unexpected and hard to understand. While it is painful to accept, we hold on to faith and strength, trusting that even such moments are part of God’s greater plan, however mysterious it may feel to us. My heart aches for the pain his family must be enduring...

I pray for Mark, that he may rest in peace, comfort, and joy in heaven. I also pray for his family—that you may always remember him with pride, not only as a beloved husband, father, or son, but also as someone who touched many lives with his kindness, strength, and warmth at work. May God’s presence bring comfort and peace in this time of grief.

My condolences to Marks family.

Mark was a great inspiration. Highly spoke of his wife Ally and his family. His career in the Navy with all his crazy stories I enjoyed listening to.

Marks integrity, honesty and loyalty to each and everyone of us at XFAB was truly rewarding. Excellent manager and mentor with ability to train anyone who wanted to learn.

Mark, whom I'm proud to call my friend, will truly be missed.

I am deeply saddened by Mark’s passing. Mark was a class act. In addition to being an expert in his field, Mark was kind, thoughtful, and respectful. He was a true servant leader. My deepest condolences to his family.

To Mark’s Family; my heartfelt condolences. Learning about his passing has stopped time for so many of us and reminded us of the remarkable person he was.

His calm presence alone inspired confidence. He had a rare ability to see strengths in people that they often couldn’t see in themselves, paired with the wisdom to offer the right advice at exactly the right moment. He led by example, always encouraging the pursuit of excellence. Always respectful in a profound way, always welcoming.

I feel incredibly grateful to have crossed paths with Mark. His influence changed the trajectory of my life and left an impact that will continue shaping my decisions for years to come. From his curiosity and kindness to his warmth and his cooking, he will be deeply missed.

The news of Mark Dodge’s passing was a heavy blow. Mark was more than a leader to those of us who had the privilege to work with him...he was a good man who led with humility, kindness, and wisdom. He never wanted to be called “boss,” only BMark, and that perfectly reflected the way he treated everyone as equals and as friends.

I don’t know what kind of father he was outside of X-FAB, but I do know the kind of family man he was to us inside those walls. He was reliable, dependable, and trustworthy. Mark carried a “How can I help?” attitude that spread naturally to his team, and he made sure we reflected that same spirit. He never said he worked at X-FAB..he proudly said he was a part of X-FAB. He was proud of his work, proud of his people, and he had so much to be proud of.

Beyond the fab, it was clear how much Mark loved his family. He spoke with pride and warmth about his wife and kids, and his eyes would light up whenever he shared stories about his dogs. That love and joy carried into the way he treated everyone around him... with care, patience, and loyalty.

Mark had a gift for uplifting his team even during the most stressful times. His stories, laughter, and steady encouragement always reminded us that we were capable—even when we doubted ourselves. He selflessly poured into others, sharing not only his deep knowledge of the fab and steppers, but also life lessons that shaped us far beyond our work.

His legacy will live on in the countless lives he touched with his generosity, wisdom, and unwavering support. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with your family during this difficult time, and that Mark will be remembered with the greatest respect, gratitude, and love.

In loving memory of Mark, a cherished colleague and friend. His genuine warmth and dedication touched us all. From being the go-to Rep guy for fixing our Canon steppers to becoming a beloved member of our XFAB team, he showed a true passion for his work and a caring heart. Mark's kindness and dedication will be deeply missed.

My deepest condolences to Marks family. I've known Mark pretty much the entire time I've been working at XFAB. He always saw the best in me and always encouraged me and checked in on me when I was still learning and unsure of myself. I'll never forget him as the great man that he was. His guidance, kindness, and the way he treated people is something I'll hold onto and remember forever. I'm grateful to have known someone like Mark. You will be greatly missed, Mark.

To Marks family, you are in my thoughts and prayers. He always talked about you guys and shared how much he loved you. Thank you for sharing him with us.

My deepest condolences to Mark's Family.  The sudden loss of a Loved One is never easy and I pray God will grant you Peace.  While Mark was a vital part of our XFab Family, more importantly he was a genuinely great person.  Mark never hesitated to offer help when asked and never made you feel like you were an interruption no matter how busy he was.  Many times, when we were passing each other in the hallway, we would stop and talk for a few minutes.  Mark always made time for people and his sense of humor was great.  I will always remember Mark as a good friend.  He will be greatly missed.
My deepest condolences to his family. Mark always seemed to have a positive energy around him. I'm saddened to hear of his passing.
My condolences to Mark’s family. Mark always brought positivity and humility to those around him. With every friendship, I try to learn and carry forward qualities I admire. Mark taught me the importance of staying humble no matter the circumstances and making time to enjoy life. He will be truly missed.
I was deeply saddened to hear about Mark's passing. I had just seen him recently in the hallway of the XFAB Office Module E and still recall his kindness and understanding during every interaction. Mark was always incredibly helpful and generous with sharing his knowledge. We even spoke about his health not long ago and I mentioned to him that my father also had cardiac issues. After knowing this, I made it a point to check in with him whenever we crossed paths. This week has felt especially heavy since we received the news. Mark will be remembered as an exceptional colleague, a wise mentor, and a truly wonderful person. He will be profoundly missed.
