It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Mark Chapman, a loving stepfather, grandfather, and friend. Born on September 19, 1937, Mark transitioned peacefully on July 28, 2024, leaving a legacy of kindness and generosity that will continue to inspire those who knew him.

Mark was renowned for his lively personality, bringing joy to every room he entered. His witty humour and cheery disposition were a beacon of light in the lives of those around him, and his laughter will be sorely missed.

Predeceased by his wife Mary, and his stepson Duane. A beloved father to Eli, and Sarah Chapman. His capacity for love and kindness knew no boundaries, extending to everyone in his blended family.

In addition, his role as a grandfather was one he cherished. He leaves behind his grandchildren Denise, Brad (Kate), Simon (Linda), and Elizabeth. His warm heart and wise advice will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by them.

Mark's life was a testament to the power of love, generosity and good humour. His legacy will continue to resonate in the hearts of his family members and friends. As we mourn his departure, let us also celebrate his life and the countless moments of joy and laughter he shared with us all.
